The ELDERS CONNEX | Business Support Network

The Elders Connex Business Support Network is a proposed initiative by the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) aimed at empowering Elders, shared learnings and in the prime of their lives (64+) in business through dedicated support, resources, and recognition.

This initiative strengthens economic participation and cultural leadership by offering:

  • Elder Support Circles
  • Mentorship Programs
  • Workshops and Business Training
  • Cultural Advocacy
  • Recognition and Celebration of Elders’ Contributions

In partnership with First Nations businesses, government, corporate sponsors, and community organisations, the program will foster intergenerational collaboration, increase the success of Elder-led businesses, and promote greater recognition of Elders as cultural and economic leaders within the Indigenous business ecosystem.
