Boss Yorga Program
The Boss Yorga Program is a leadership and enterprise initiative for First Nations women, designed by Yorgas, for Yorgas. It empowers Aboriginal women in business to grow their enterprises, build networks, and create lasting legacies for their communities.
Through mentoring, workshops, peer learning, and collaborative projects, the program nurtures cultural leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and intergenerational impact. Yorgas drive the program themselves, sharing knowledge, expertise, and experiences to inspire and support emerging and scaling women-led businesses.
From business development guides to industry connections and leadership opportunities, Boss Yorga equips participants with the tools to succeed, while fostering a supportive, culturally grounded community. The program also highlights innovative initiatives led by the Yorgas, including collective projects and creative enterprises that generate real-world impact.
At its heart, the Boss Yorga Program is about empowerment, legacy, and opportunity—providing First Nations women with the confidence, skills, and networks to thrive in business and leadership, today and for generations to come.
